
Shivesh Setia graduated with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in India in 2006 & master’s degree of Physiotherapy in musculoskeletal condition in 2010. He worked as a Physiotherapist in India in both hospital and clinic-based settings.
Shivesh Immigrated to Canada in 2015 and completed a Canadian Healthcare Content Course at University of Alberta. He then finished his IEP program from UBC in 2018 and passed Canadian Physiotherapy National Examination.
He uses integrated Manual therapy (Mobilization, Soft tissue release, Trigger point release, Muscle energy technique and various others) with Exercise prescription to treat Orthopedic, Neurological, Sports, Work related and Motor vehicle accident injuries. He is trained with Vestibular rehabilitation course to help client having, Vertigo, Dizziness, Concussion, Balance Issues. He also treats post-op and chronic pain cases. He is interested to fortify his skills by taking new courses to upgrade his knowledge. His Hobbies are spending time with family, travelling to new places and listening to music. Shivesh is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
